Refunds and Exchanges

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@highergroundusa.org within 7 days of receiving the item with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We'll work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived 5 days after the expected delivery window, let us know. We’ll investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We cannot refund or reship orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

All Sales Are Final

Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color chosen

  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues
